Revamp Owner, Lindsay Ashton, received her Personal Training Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 2007. Since then, she has also received a Crossfit Level 1 Certification, a Crossfit Olympic Lifting Certification, and a Prenatal/Postpartum Exercise Design Certification of Achievement through DSW Fitness.
Lindsay has logged many hours of hands on experience supplemental to personal training. Lindsay worked at FitnessWorks in Morro Bay from 2004-2011, teaching many group fitness classes and two successful boot camp classes. She was also a Physical Therapy Technician/ Gym Specialist until 2007 when she decided to become a personal trainer. Lindsay was FitnessWorks' Lead Trainer until 2010 when she decided to step down and run her own business, Revamp Personal Training. As the Lead Trainer, Lindsay had a huge hand in creating FitnessWorks' successful In-House Personal Training Department.
In the years past, Lindsay has also worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Training Instructor, at Athlon Elite of San Luis Obispo and as a Personal Trainer at Los Osos Fitness. Each gym has something different to offer and Lindsay learned many great things from each and every experience!
As an outdoor/fitness enthusiast, Lindsay loves mountain biking, rock climbing, camping, photography, and anything challenging (besides sky diving). She has always had an interest in sports and fitness, but her true passion in life is helping others succeed and making people smile.

Revamp Trainer, Sarah Cockerham is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), which is a global leader in personal training. Sarah is also a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer that has been doing CrossFit for the last three years. Sarah has a degree in Childhood Development, but her true passion is fitness.
