At Revamp we hold our trainers to higher standards. Each of our Personal Trainers has been certified though one of these Nationally Accredited and highly recommended sources: the American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM), or the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
What is Personal Training?
It's a big misconception that potential training clients need to fit a specific mold and be fit before they hire a personal trainer...that is definitely not the case. Revamp Personal Training offers individualized training sessions made specifically for you and your needs. Training sessions are typically 55 minutes in length and for your convenience, sessions can take place in the privacy of your own home, at Revamp Training Studio in Morro Bay, or in the great outdoors! Here are a few examples of training packages that are offered by Revamp Personal Training. Clients typically commit to train 2-3 times per week for best results, but there are many other training options.

Package of 12 Sessions

This package will help you feel more confident in your skin and give you a great start towards your fitness goals!
Package of 4 or 8 Sessions
Attention Previous Revamp Clients! Need a refresher? Need to change up your routine? Maybe even a check up on your form? Studies show that workouts should be revamped every 6 to 8 weeks in order to keep the body guessing and achieve the best results.
